30 Minute EXPRESS Workout Circuit
Come join us for our complimentary small group trainings! Each training is conducted and supervised by our experienced training staff! We can help you with an efficient and effective program, offer motivation and inspire regular attendance.Mondays and Fridays - 12:15 p.m.
Tuesdays and Thursdays - 9:30 a.m., 12:15 p.m., 5:30 p.m.

Nutrition
Our nutrition package includes a 60 minute initial consultation which includes a complete nutritional and medical history, an assessment of nutritional status, food education, nutritional needs and supplementation. A customized menu plan will be designed and given to you.Nutrition Package - $100
Re-Evaluation Session (any session after 1st session) - $70
Nutrition with PT Packages of 6 or more - $80
Fitness Assessments
Each new member has the opportunity to take advantage of our "FIT-CHECK" assessment to evaluate health factors, such as blood pressure, flexibility, endurance, strength and body composition.Exercise Program
